Maintenance Manager
Shanghai BurmingNash Consulting is a leading provider of HR Consulting Services, we provide professional service within the industry and focuses in Shanghai. Now we are looking for a Maintenance Manager for an US Leading Industrial company in Shanghai.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the maintenance team. Plan maintenance activities according to production requirements.
2. Report status and progress of planned activities and provide recommendations.
3. Ensure strong technical support for troble shooting ane repair in case of any equipment breakdown.Develop a recovery plan to cover all major possible breakdowns.
4. Ensure compliance to HSE regulations and develop safe working processes and procedure.
5. Propose long term problems resolution in order to reduce maintenance breakdown, maintenance cost.
6. Monitor external service supplier working to ensure repair aned maintenance is done safely and timely.
7. Manager spare parts stock to reduce possibility of breakdown due to spare parts shortage, cruitical spare parts are available from stock.
8. Monitor plant energy consumption (water, electricity and gas) and consumable cost.
9. Establish and maintain TPM system to ensure effective implementation.
10. Encourage continuous improvements to ensure maintenance KPIs are achieved
Key Requirements:
1. Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Bachelor, or equivalent
2. More than 5 years experiences of industrial machinery or equipment assembly, component machining, maintenance/repair or similar background.
3. Good understanding of TPM and steps to establish a TPM system.
4. On hand experiences with large machinery/equipment maintenance/repair.
5. Good communication skills.
