R&D Manager-Medical device-Hangzhou
Shanghai BurmingNash Consulting is a leading provider of HR Consulting Services, we provide professional service within the industry . Now we are looking for a R&D Manager-Medical device-Hangzhou for an multinational medical device company.
You will responsible:
1. Participate in product development strategy making, define project budget plan, arrange team resources to support product development project train, assess, and manage the employees in his/her team, build up and lead a highly competent engineering team fully capable of performing high quality design and new technology R&D
2. Lead the technology research and development for product, and provide new technologies, process and methodologies in product designs to meet the customer requirements on performance/quality/cost/timing
3. Follow design for manufacture (DFM) best practice and ensure that designs can be economically manufactured.
4. Ensure that designs are compatible with established engineering standards and other legislation
5. Establish and maintain high effective communication with internal and external customers and lead the collaboration among different functional groups
6. Liaise with external suppliers, purchasing, QA and production departments to ensure successful implementation of new designs
You need to have:
1. A bachelor’s degree or above with major in engineering at least five years’ product design and R&D experience, including at least two years’ manager role in an engineering team familiar with design principles, such as risk management, Six Sigma, and DOE etc.
2. Familiar with quality policy, standards and regulation of medical device is preferred
3. Familiar with engineering disciplines in line with rules for medical device is preferred
4. Good project management skills self motivated and dedicated worker and also a team player and builder
5. Good communication and presentation skills
6. Fluent in English and Mandarin languages
1. 强大的机械综合专业知识：
1.1 机械或机电专业
1.2 熟悉各种金属非金属机械结构件的设计、常用机加工和热处理工艺、注塑件设计和注塑工艺、功率超声换能器等研发环节，并至少精通其中两项
1.3 有自主研发小型机电产品的经验，国外新产品引进和抄袭拷贝的不加分
1.4 熟练掌握Pro-E、CAD、Solidworks、Corel Draw、Altium等常用工程设计开发软件中的两种以上
2. 具备优秀的英语听、说、读、写能力，能熟练使用英语作为工作语言，张不开嘴的不要推，最终面试为电话全英文面试。
3. 资深的研发团队管理经验
3.1 具备5年相关技术研发经验，及至少3年以上的研发团队管理经验
3.2 熟练掌握新产品的国际化的标准设计开发流程。
3.3 能够培养和提高现有研发员工的技能和意识。
