Requirement:
1) At least 2-5 years market research or business analysis experience in business or market analysis role, carrying out research on industry or competitor trends
2) Familiar with online & offline search tools and methods, and use of business intelligence
3) Have MNC and/or industrial experience will be an advantage
4) Attentive to details, well-organised and multi-tasks with good time management
5) Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus
6) Good analytical, problem solving and report writing skills
7) Energetic and positive attitude with innovative mindset
8) Fluent in English & Mandarin Chinese
9) Proficient with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Responsibility:
1) Develop and apply the market research process, tools, system and templates to ensure timeliness and quality of results.
2) Closely collaborate with DGM's and DM's to define and complete market studies to support business development initiatives.
3) Collect, analyse and report on competitors, customers, pricing and regulatory insights or changes.
4) Engage target customers to formulate the customer's value chain and to assess sales opportunity.
5) Maintain market information and target customer database.
6) Other tasks arranged by line manager.
