Responsibilities:
Perform daily project administration duties for the project management team as directed
Prepare documents or reports upon request in both Chinese and English languages
Organize and maintain files of documents, including company/project documents and daily filing of incoming and outgoing documents, both hard copies and soft copies.
Schedule, arrange and coordinate meetings and conference calls and prepare meeting minutes when requested
Assist in building a positive project team spirit by active involvement and communication with all team members
Prepare high quality proposals, presentations, reports and marketing collateral material using PowerPoint and other graphics software.
Participate in general office administrative responsibilities including supplies procurement and office event planning, etc.
Coordinate travel arrangements for supervisor and others when requested including the procurement of airline tickets, transportation to and from airports, and hotel accommodations and secure all required travel documents (for example VISA applications) required.
Translate written and spoken Chinese to English and English to Chinese.
Maintain highest level of confidentiality for company information and business.
Carry out other duties as assigned by supervisors
Requirements:
Bachelor degree with minimum 5 years of secretarial experience, preferably in real estate industry
Good communication skills and highly cooperative
Good command of the English language with ability to translate technical and legal documents from English to Chinese and Chinese to English
Computer operation skills with a high degree of proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and adobe, etc.
Working experience in WOFE or joint venture company with a foreign (preferably U.S.) partner
Helpful, pro-active, careful, mature and quick response
Good team player with a strong work ethic and flexibility to work long hours
