?Make equipment PM plan and schedule. Implement it and keep improving.?Setup daily round reading plan and implementation.?E-maintenance system improving.?Support process team for automation management and maintenance on the production equipment / line ?Familiar and fully understand of the operations on the manufacturing process control， products features， equipment capability etc.?Accountable on high level trouble shooting on key machines?Also to initiate and conduct continuous improvement of machine performance with the support from maintenance team and other functions. ?Be responsible for setting up standard technical process of new equipment purchasing and existing machine technical reform.?Management and generation of equipment technical documents?Development and execution of equipment improvement trainings?Other tasks assigned by the manager
