主要职责 Main Responsibility:1)Participate in new project development and management，Coordinate PPAP preparation参与新项目开发和管理，协调PPAP准备工作；2)Follow up PPAP status of component parts from sub-supplier跟踪供应商零部件的PPAP状态3)Support the procurement and T&I department to develop suppliers;协助采购部门、研发部门，进行潜在供应商的开发；4)Sign supplier quality agreement and approve supplier PPAP；供应商质量协议的签订、供应商PPAP的批准；5)Identify and control the key points in process and continuous improvement识别和控制过程关键点，持续改进6)Monitor and evaluate key indicators of products and process quality ( e.g. internal scrap rate， failure cost， customer complaints)监控和评估产品和过程质量的关键指标(如内部报废率，失效成本，客户投诉)7)Nonconforming parts control不合格品控制8)Support customer quality engineer to solve customer complaints协助客户质量工程师解决客户投诉9)Customer returned parts or failure parts analysis客户退货或故障部件分析10)Products audit and MSA产品审核和MSA11)Work together with other departments for localization and engineer change activities与其他部门合作进行本地化和工程师变更活动12)Any other tasks as assigned安排的其他工作任职要求Qualification：1)Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering with good language skills in English;机械工程专业本科及以上学历，良好的英语语言表达能力;2)At least 3 years’ experience in automotive quality assurance3年以上汽车质量保证工作经验3)Familiar with automotive quality standards (IATF 16949， ISO 9001， VDA booklets)熟悉汽车质量标准(IATF 16949， ISO 9001， VDA手册)4)General knowledge about customer quality requirements对客户质量要求有一定的了解5)Basic knowledge about automotive quality methods APQP， FMEA， CP， SPC， MSA， 8D method， Ishikawa analysis， 5 Why基本了解汽车质量方法APQP， FMEA， CP， SPC， MSA， 8D方法，石川分析6)Internal system ...
