(1-8Accountabilities which form the core responsibilities of the position / 6-8条岗位的主要职责)1.Improve tool lifetime提高模具的使用寿命2.Optimize production process优化生产工序3.Support operators in difficult tasks (e.g. tool change and machine set-up) 指导操作人员一起完成关键工作(比如更换模具， 调整机器设定等)4.Solve Q-problems with 8D reports解决质量问题， 完成8D报告 5.Centralize， manage & support new projects for forging from production related view集中，管理，支持和生产相关的锻造新项目6.SPC activities with machine operator指导操作人员开展SPC控制7.Specific responsibilities (planning， organization， staff， supervision， etc.) 管理方面8.Project (new product and new process) management， staff training and monitoring负责新产品和新工艺的试验，员工培训和工作检查(工艺、质量和设备维护).9.Know and master environmental factors， important environmental factors， environmental risks， environmental objectives management plan， environmental protection contingency plans and so on.熟悉并掌握本岗位的环境因素、重要环境因素、环境风险、环境目标方案、环保应急预案等Minimum Experience & Qualifications / 岗位要求：1.Bachelor degree and above in mechanical engineering， forging or metal working. 机械制造、锻造或金属加工专业的本科及以上。2.At least 5-year experience in forging industry (cold， warm and hot forging). 至少5年以上的金属锻造（冷锻、温锻和热锻）工作经验。3.Knowledge of repair and maintenance of mould/tool锻造模具维修保养技能4.Knowledge of forging machine operation锻造设备操作技能5.At least CET-4， fluent English in speaking， reading and writing英语CET-4以上， 熟练的口语， 阅读和书写能力6.Familiar with company's environmental policy and objectives熟悉公司的环境方针及目标7.Master other environmental protection knowledge in ISO14001: Environmental Management System.掌握其他环境管理体系中所涉及的本岗位的环保知识...
