1.Work with Ewellix sales & marketing network for business development and to achieve aggressive annual sales and result target 2.Manage all direct customers and set pricing levels， etc.3.Obtain and prioritize customer’s requests to optimize production schedule and ensure the capacity meet customer’s requested delivery time4.Obtain and prioritize customer request of non-standard to win the new business and make a positive succession5.Regular FC /outlook update according to the market trends6.Work with corresponding Product Managers for product management and business development， including the product catalog updating regularly7.Collect & analyze market information on corresponding products， segments and competitors activities for Pinghu8.Organize and participate in " focus" customer visits globally to explore business development opportunities9.Manage Business Support Department with Quality Department to handle administrative and technical customer complaints effectively in line on targets10.Develop customer database system to enhance management with accurate market information for strategic decisions11.Conduct periodic market survey to enhance Company’s position in market strategically12.Monitor and negotiate for internal purchasing price for the Company versus actual manufacturing cost to ensure Company's profitability level and BP targets 13.Reporting to General Manger and being part of the Company management team and contribute to the success of the Company...
