Job responsibilities:1. be responsible for the process realization， processing operation and process document preparation of carbon fiber composites;2. be responsible for assisting in the trial production of new products and processes， on-site technical guidance and training;3. be responsible for the overall schedule of the project， comprehensively control the trial production， verification， pilot test and client detection， find suppliers of materials and molds， and reduce product costs4. provide technical guidance and training for operators and inspectors;5. mature projects follow up production according to production needs， and improve the efficiency of mold and tooling;6. communicate with customers and timely feed back product progress and technical problems7. assist others to carry out relevant work and complete other tasks assigned by leadersJob requirements:1. bachelor degree or above， with at least 5 years of relevant working experience;2. be familiar with the forming process of carbon fiber composites (molding or autoclave method);3. have some basic theoretical knowledge of carbon fiber composites;4. good analytical skills， logical thinking and communication skills工作职责：1.负责碳纤维复合材料的工艺实现、工艺操作及工艺文件的编制；2.负责协助新产品和新工艺的试生产，现场技术指导和培训；3.负责项目整体进度，全面控制试生产、验证、中试和客户检测，寻找材料、模具供应商，降低产品成本4.为操作人员和检验人员提供技术指导和培训；5.成熟项目根据生产需求跟进生产，提高模具和工装效率；6.与客户沟通，及时反馈产品进展和技术问题7.协助他人开展相关工作，完成领导交办的其他任务职位要求:1.本科以上学历， 5 年以上相关工作经验；2.熟悉碳纤维复合材料的成型工艺（模压法或高压釜法）；3.对碳纤维复合材料有一定的理论基础；4.良好的分析能力、逻辑思维能力和沟通能力...
